There is truth to this. Also a lot that is false. Our education systems train people to think and work in a rote manner. The same is expected of people in most jobs. Most people have more creative energy than they realize. Under the right conditions they would harness it gladly.

Джерси капиш. И это не фугурально а вполне реально, не надо даже пытатся развернуть или сохранить Невозможно развернуть и/или сохранить при постоянном потоке "пришельцев" для которых нет резона не только к адаптации, но даже к частичному отказу от каких то своих традиций.
